Meet the Doctors

Tina Udhwani Fallon, MD, FAAP

Tina grew up on the small but beautiful island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. She came to the mainland to pursue a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida where she met her now husband, Tim. She continued on to medical school at the University of Central Florida, College of Medicine. A kid at heart, Tina felt right specializing in Pediatrics, and completed her pediatrics residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. After completing residency, she moved with her husband to San Diego where she started working in community health in Oceanside.

Tina joined Coast Pediatrics in the fall of 2022, to continue her commitment to the health and well-being of the families that she cares for. Her goal is to empower parents and their children to make the best decisions with health in mind. She strives to create a comfortable, and supportive environment to foster long lasting relationships with families of all backgrounds. She has specific interests in health education and health equity. Tina lives in La Jolla with her husband Tim, twin daughters Novika and Amaira, two cats Milli and Lilikoi, and mini Australian shepherd Tilly. In their spare time you can find Tina and Tim on the beach with Tilly and the girls, enjoying a meal with friends, or traveling with family.

Our update as of January of 2024 is that Tina is out of the office temporarily on maternity leave…she and her husband Tim are home bonding with their twin baby girls Novika and Amaira, who were born in February!  We can’t wait to have her back with us at Coast this summer.
