Mona Bagrodia’s journey into pediatric medicine is as vibrant and diverse as her passion for caring for children. Raised in Tennessee, Mona’s academic path began at the University of Tennessee, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with dual degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology. Her commitment to excellence continued as she earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.

Early in her career, Mona served as a lead physician at Pediatric Health Center in Texas before relocating to New York City, where her husband completed his medical training as a Urologic Oncologist. During this time, Mona worked at Tribeca Pediatrics, fostering her expertise in pediatric care and building lasting connections with families.

Returning to Dallas, Mona joined Lake Ray Hubbard Pediatrics, bringing with her a reputation for patience, understanding, and meticulous approach to patient care. Her dedication extended beyond routine practice: she specialized in ADHD, anxiety and depression, leveraging her training from the esteemed REACH Institute to support children and teens facing these challenges.

In 2021, seeking new opportunities and year-round sunshine, Mona and her family settled in San Diego. Now, she proudly serves as a Pediatrician at Coast Pediatrics, embracing the chance to partner with families in the community. Known for her warm demeanor and unwavering dedication, Mona ensures that every child under her care receives personalized attention and the highest standard of medical treatment. She was recognized as a “Top Doctor”  by her peers in 2023.

Outside of her medical practice, Mona cherishes time with her husband and two energetic sons. Her interests span from reading fiction and crafting to yoga and exploring new destinations. P.S.
