8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction workshop for teens!

“Making Friends with Yourself” is an eight-week training program designed to help teens ages 13-19 learn to manage difficult emotions during the challenges of their teenage years. Through the understanding and practice of mindfulness and self-compassion, teens cultivate invaluable skills that are shown to significantly enhance well-being. This course will run for eight consecutive Tuesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm.
