Tina Udhwani Fallon, MD, FAAP

Dr. Tina Fallon is a board-certified pediatrician who brings a blend of medical expertise, personal experience, and a deep commitment to individualized care. She joined Coast Pediatrics in 2022, where she is proud to partner with families in nurturing the health and development of children from infancy through adolescence.
Originally from the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Dr. Fallon completed her undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She earned her medical degree at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and went on to complete her pediatric residency training at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
As both a pediatrician and a mother to twin daughters, Dr. Fallon understands firsthand the complexities and joys of parenting—especially when it comes to raising multiples. She has a special interest in supporting families of twins and higher-order multiples, offering both clinical insight and practical guidance informed by her own experience. Her approach to care is rooted in empathy, thoughtful communication, and a commitment to empowering parents with clear, evidence-based advice. She has additional interests in early childhood development, health education, and promoting health equity.
Known for her calm, approachable demeanor, Dr. Fallon fosters lasting relationships with families by creating a supportive environment where parents feel confident and children feel comfortable. Whether guiding a first-time parent through the newborn stage or helping a teenager navigate adolescence, she values continuity and trust as essential elements of quality care.
