Dr. Allie George is a Texas native, originally from Houston. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University, followed by her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed her pediatric residency at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she also gained valuable experience working in the emergency department before transitioning to primary care.

Before relocating to San Diego, Allie practiced general pediatrics in Atlanta, Georgia, and Alexandria, Virginia. She has a special interest in infant and toddler care, sports medicine, and supporting children with special healthcare needs. She is conversational in medical Spanish and is dedicated to providing inclusive, family-centered care.

Allie is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She enjoys partnering with parents to help them make informed, confident decisions about their children’s health and well-being.

She now lives in San Diego with her husband, Paul—a pediatric hematologist-oncologist—and their two daughters, Kya and Sophie. Outside of work, Allie loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, cheering on her Aggies (Gig ’em!), playing softball, and indoor rock climbing. She is thrilled to be joining Coast Pediatrics this summer and looks forward to caring for our wonderful Coast families!
